A healthy  Diet  (continue)




Today, This class starts at 8.45 a.m. It was too late because There was activity,made merit, in the morning.










I studied about A healthy Diet (continue) we found the main idea the topic "No more junk food" on page 105. Everyone paid attention and thought of it. I was fun to find the main idea each of paragraph. Then, we checked the answer on page 106-108. My answer was just mistaken  few points. I spoke English with my friends about A healthy Diet. My friend liked to eat junk food because it was delicious but I told her that it was unhealthy for her health. Next, We took a break about 15 minute and studied on page 109 "Westerners turn to a Japanese Diet" I had not known about Japanese food before I studied when I finished, I wanted to try Japanese food because it was healthy for our health. Moreover, I also got knowledge about Japanese food.

Our instructor,Asst.Prof.Dr.Usa Noytim, assigned homework for us to make a video clip about the cafeteria in our university and identified what was healthy and unhealthy food. It was fun for me because I loved presenting the food in the class room. 


This is some of my information







I think my diet is very healthy.
I eat a lot of papaya salad and green curry.
I try not to eat too much pizza.

For breakfast I usually have green curry.
and at lunch time I have papaya salad.
In the evening I have some fruit like a apple,banana,orange etc
One thing I love is ice-cream.
and one thing I never eat is salad.







Tip : you should exercise at least 3 times/week for your good health.
